Field of Application & Work Stations

1. The Eco-MatrixCut is designed for the sole purpose of cutting desired length of creasing matrix used in the die-cutting and creasing of paper, cardboard and corrugated board.

2. The Eco-MatrixCut is a manual device, and does not carry magnetic or electric requirements.

3. The Eco-MatrixCut is suitable for cutting different lengths of creasing matrix e.g. CITO; 0.4 x 1.0; 0.5 x 1.2 and each kind of specification/model of Fibre counterboard creasing matrix（except for Plast creasing matrix）

Operation Manual

After installing all the accessories onto the Eco-MatrixCut, follow the operational guidelines below:

1. Place the Eco-MatrixCut at a large and flat table, and fasten it by screwing the bolts.

2. Select length of creasing matrix to be cut by adjusting the length adjustment block.

3. Lay the creasing matrix on the rack, and move it from left to right until achieving the required-length.

4. Use the side pin to hold the position

5. Press down the cutting handle for defined distance, matrix will be cut off (Note: If you want to further understand the relevant operation; you may watch the DVD product video)
